How it differes from counselling and appraisal. Do they need to be separate? Can they be combined? Need to mention the key ingredients of an effective educational supervision programme and an idea of how to put all of this into practise (give tips).What is educational supervision? What it is and what it is not.

- differences between counselling, appraisal and supervision - should we keep them separate or can we combine them? Discusss pros and cons.
