Overall aim of this chapter: to give the reader some idea of what IPL and MDL are and how they differ. Why these are becoming the new buzz words. What's the evidence behind them and whether they should be hyped up as they are. After this, then discuss practical ways of making it happens and any obstacles one might need to overcome before, during and after. Also discuss possible things that can go wrong and how to prevent or remedy them.
