Overall aim of this chapter: to help the relatively new educator the basics of all facilitation and some particular tips. But also to help them realise there is more than one way to facilitate and which method to use depends on what one is trying to achieve. Varying the facilitative style in one educational session can be particularly rewarding by capturing the different individuals that make up a group.
